Prescriptions are considered only after medical evaluation, and not every patient will qualify for testosterone therapy.

How do prescription refills work?
Established patients may submit a refill request through REVAMP’s approved refill pathway. All requests require clinical review and are not automatically approved. Updated labs, follow-up or additional information may be required before a prescription is authorized.
