About Hans Crevecoeur, APRN-BC, Clinic Director
Hans Crevecoeur, APRN-BC, began his career with a simple yet powerful mission—to help people feel their best and take control of their health through education, compassion, and evidence-based care.
Hans earned his Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Kaplan (Purdue University) in 2017 and has since built extensive experience across family medicine and hospital settings. His diverse background has shaped his belief that true wellness requires more than medication—it requires understanding, communication, and personalized care.
At REVAMP, Hans oversees every aspect of patient care, from clinical protocols to educational content, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of treatment. His leadership style is grounded in integrity, teamwork, and a deep commitment to helping patients achieve lasting results.
