If I could leave less than 1 start I would. Hello, I wanted to address some issues regarding my recent experience with your office. Initially, you mentioned two options for blood work: a $200 in-house test or going to Quest Diagnostics, which would cost around $50. After speaking with the representative who called me after our conversation, I told her I planned to go to Quest since it was more affordable. However, she informed me that your blood work was actually only $60. I confirmed this twice, and she assured me it was $60. For such a small price difference, I decided it wasn’t worth the time to go elsewhere, especially since you mentioned I would get the results within a day or two. I accepted this and came in the next day, paid the $60, and left. Fast forward a week, and I had still not received any follow-up via phone or email. When I called in, I was told the lab results were in, and I could schedule a phone or in-office appointment to go over them. I opted for the phone appointment, as I saw no difference between a phone or face-to-face meeting. After waiting another week, I was contacted the day of my scheduled phone call and told that I needed to come in person after all. To make matters worse, I was informed of a $150 physical fee, which had never been mentioned during our initial conversation. This ongoing miscommunication and the incorrect information provided by your staff have been frustrating. As a result, I have decided to move my care to “Ageless Men’s Health,” where I’ve already received my blood work and first treatment for $120. At this point, I have paid $60 and received nothing in return. I am requesting a refund for this amount. In return, I will withhold any negative reviews about my experience. However, if I do not receive the refund, I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge, and I will share my experience on platforms like Yelp and Google. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. There’s no need for a phone call; I prefer everything in writing, given the ongoing discrepancies in phone communications. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
